Blogger manifesto. Eve. Ever After. I am a "tomorrow girl" like Scarlett O'Hara. I'll be better tomorrow. I'll clean up my act tomorrow. I'll get on the sainthood path tomorrow. I'll take a walk tomorrow. I'll start some action on this blog. Tomorrow.
Today I am starting. I'm not going to wait until I get the perfect camera or my house is perfectly decorated. I'm not going to wait until I can fit into teeny toothpick jeans. Or wear white jeans for that matter.
This is my lifestyle blog. This is where my aesthetic outbursts will be poured out. Before tumblr, before Pinterest I parked Eve Ever After here on blogspot. I love my Pinterest and tumblr. They are great venues for sharing lovely thoughts and things - but the former is somewhat lacking in personal creativity and the latter, for me, provides only a small snapshot at what I find inspiring. I love both everyday and high style blogs, I love the house decorating blogs, mama-amateurs or interior design profesh. I'm not a fantastic wiz in the kitchen. I don't posses much of a green thumb aside from watering an existing garden. I don't have moola for designer (heck or even J. Crew let alone a Nordstrom's sales rack) clothing. I do have today. I do have thoughts and ideas and inspirations and an ich to create beautiful vignettes and to spray paint the heck out of Goodwill wicker.
More importantly, I do have my ever after already. My ever after abides in Him.
Here goes, darlin'! xoxo
